  1. I really like this viewpoint. It’s not just about forcing yourself to think X,Y and Z. It’s about FEELING it.

    Maybe a good way to do that it is by being grateful, as you said, because that way you think about wonderful things and they set alight that warm glow in your heart. The more we can feel gratitude, the happy we will become.
